1. I DID NOT RECEIVE MY SET / SHIPMENT YET. 

First check to see if you have completed your GAMEFOUND Pledge Manager. 90% of the time that a backer has not received their rewards from the first edition its because of an issue with their pledge manager not being closed out. 

2. CHECK YOUR PLEDGE MANAGER AT GAMEFOUND

Most large kickstarters use 3rd party pledge managers to manage backer addresses, add-ons and charge for shipping. We used Gamefound. We created an account for you and sent you a private custom link via email. Check your spam folder for invites from Gamefound.com 

In Gamefound you will see your credits and populated products from the KickStarter. You can change these if you want. You will see your shipping charges. Close out your pledge manager by confirming your mailing address and paying any shipping charges. THEN LET US KNOW via badcrowgames.freshdesk.com. 

We check weekly for late pledge closers, but by emailing us it will help us expedite your shipment, and you will have the Company of Heroes Board Game in no time. 

3. I CLOSED OUT MY GAMEFOUND BUT STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY SHIPMENT

This is more rare but it still happens. Send us a ticket at badcrowgames.freshdesk.com ASAP. We still have inventory of most items in most regions so we want to get this out to you as soon as possible. We will need your kickstarter email, name, country etc... to investigate the matter and get you fixed up.
